Anjan was here...

Anjan had visited me today at the Help Tourism office, we had long discussions on several issues in regard to Siliguri, the adjoining hills of Darjeeling and the foothills of Dooars. He was asking about the Mahananda Action Plan (MAP), which had confirmed 6ft deep clear water, with introduction of recreational activities like boating... he said that he had been to the Fulbari barrage today morning, but there were hardly any birds...he visited the dumping ground behind Don Bosco School, next to the beautiful Sahu River...he would be visiting Chilapata on Saturday and will return to Malaysia. We talked in length on how we could use Andaman as the transit base between the Malaysian and Indian peninsula and also find road connectivity through Burma (Myanmar).

Both of us promised to work on initiatives that would help to bring the both peninsulas, Malaysian and Indian closer.
